How to register?
The registration will make your next purchase easier and you will be able to utilize the benefits of registered customers. If you want to register yourself click during ordering on the button “Want to register in e-shop” (chci se registrovat v e-shopu) and we will immediately send the information on your e-mail address. We have divided the benefits of registration into several categories:
- The benefits for standard customers,
- The benefits for SPARRING PARTNERS clients
- The benefits for SAP Prague employees.
The normal registration will be approved after few minutes when you send filled form. In case of SPARRING PARTNERS clients (and SAP Prague employees) be patient please we have to approve your registration individually.

How to shop?
The selection and ordering on our e-shop is really simple! Here we have prepared for you a short guideline for comfortable shopping.
- Find the right product for you.
Some products are divided into categories for easier orientation which are followed by another subcategories. Because of them you can move where you need faster. You can also use filters placed in the right part of your screen. If you have visited us for specific product use search bar placed under the symbol of magnifier in the top right corner of your screen.
To learn more information about product (composition, parameters, available sizes, …) click on the button DETAIL placed next to every product. After opening you have also available option “discussion” where you can find ratings from other customers and change your experiances.
- Put the products into shopping cart.
If it is possible choose the variant and quantity of the products you want to buy. To put the products into the shopping cart click on the button “Into the cart”. The products will be automatically put into the shopping cart and you can continue in your purchase. If you have already finished the selection of all products click on the icon of the shopping cart in the top right corner. After that you will see the list of the products which are in the cart. For the form with contact information click on the button “continue” (pokračovat)
- Choose the way of payment and delivery
Choose the way of payment and delivery which you prefer. The detail information are in the section Delivery and payment.
- Fill in the information for delivery
Carefully fill in the contact information which are necessary for successful order. At the bottom you can write note for seller, login for newsletters or register into our e-shop. It is necessary to be registered for order? Registration is not obligatory you can make your order without registration but the registration will make your next purchase easier and you will be able to utilize the benefits of registered customers. If you want to register click on the button “want to register in e-shop” (chci se registrovat v e-shopu) during your ordering and we will immediately send the needed information on your e-mail address. The benefits of registration are divided into several groups – The benefits for normal customers, The benefits for SPARRING PARTNERS clients and The benefits for SAP Prague employees. The normal registration will be approved automatically after few minutes. In case of SPARRING PARTNERS clients (and SAP Prague employees) be patient please your registration has to be approved individually.
When you click on the button “Send the order” (ODESLAT OBJEDNÁVKU) you automatically agree with terms and conditions of the purchase and also with conditions of protections of personal information.
